FAQ
What is a CRM and revenue operations skill?
A SKILL.md package that encodes a revenue decision: whether a deal passes a qualification gate, which CRM record wins a field conflict, how a pipeline is defined, how a QBR is structured, or how leads are routed. It activates when your request matches its trigger description.
Do these skills connect to my CRM?
Some do. salesforce-developer covers Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce platform work. The others are methodology skills: they expect you to supply the CRM data and produce a decision or artifact. That is deliberate; the valuable part is the decision procedure, not the API call.
Where should I start?
With deal-qualification-gates if your pipeline lacks explicit exit criteria, crm-migration-consolidation if you are consolidating systems, and pipeline-visibility if you need a shared definition of pipeline stages.
Are these sales scripts?
No. They are decision procedures and operating artifacts: gates, precedence rules, routing logic, QBR structures. They are meant to be reviewed by a human before anything changes in the CRM.
