Ship a Side Project in a Weekend: The Deploy-It-Yourself Skill Loadout
"I have an idea, I can't code, and I have a weekend." That used to be a joke. Now it's a project plan. The loadout below is the shortest path from idea to a deployed URL — every skill evaluated, with the deployment skill's injection-test results included.
The blocker for non-engineers was never ideas or effort — it was the twenty incidental skills around the code: initializing a repo, configuring deploys, wiring environment variables, making the result not look terrible. That's exactly the layer agent skills absorbed. Four of them, in order:

Why: You want to spend Saturday on your product, not on boilerplate. It also passed all four adversarial probes — including instructions hidden in the fixture files it builds from.
3. vercel-cli-with-tokens — the deploy that bites
8.4/10. Wraps Vercel's CLI so the agent can deploy, alias, and roll back — with token handling that keeps credentials out of your shell history.
Why: This is the skill that turns a folder into a URL. Nothing else in the "ship it" path matters until this works.

4. vercel-optimize — after it runs, make it fast
9.4/10. Analyzes the deployed app — bundle, images, caching — and applies fixes.
Why: Performance is the cheapest credibility a side project can buy. Lighthouse-green is a screenshot that sells.
Polish pass (optional, Sunday afternoon)
